Stated Puppy
8 week training program
$1000
Started puppy program is offered to puppies whelped by CountrySide Dalmatians. It is an intensive 8 week training program to help puppies get started in all the skills important to proper development in manners, socialization, and behavior. Throughtout the 8 weeks, we start out workng on basic obedience commands, and move on to encorporting those skills into socialization, with other people, young and old, and also other dogs. Puppies begin crate training, leash training, and potty training in order to help new owners better deal with a young puppy.
With this program, you get everything that normally comes with a CountrySide puppy, plus a new crate, new training leash, and the puppy comes FULLY VETTED! It will be completely up to date on shots, and have health exams done by a vet. When puppy leaves for its new home it will be good for an entire year!
This program is especially good for those new owners who may not have a lot of time to help puppy entigrate into a new lifestyle, or have the time to work strictly on training and potty training. Or for the new dog owner, someone who has not owned a dog before and needs their puppy to have a jump start into these things in order to feel confident about their new dog.
I have done 6 successful puppies so far, and I am please with how they have turned out, and so are their owners!
Behavior Assessment for Child adoption/Foster Care
$40 per dog within a 15 mile driving radius
Behavior assessments are for people/ families trying to get into foster care or adopting children. The agencies require any dog living on the premises to have a behavior assessment on file. It is about a fifteen minute per dog process(unless issues occur) where I will perform random acts in the midst of the dog and to the dog to observe their reaction and determine whether the dog is acting safely enough to bring in children the home. The form will be either a pass or fail, and will be marked accordingly. I will bring two copies per dog, one for me and one for you to take to the agency.
